It sounds worse than it probably is - like the back of the neck is not as concave as it should and the spine is somewhat twisted, the good news is you signal even though 4 of the normal cervical spine cervical discs are a bit bulky, and it pressure on the nerve may be tingling in the arms (but at least you do not have sciatica!) seems to help as a covenant for the comforts of today, more than a physical terrorist and special pillows to sleep - normal pillow fills the gap in order to support the neck .
